As with any service provided we have to ensure clients are as serious about joining us for a Tour, as we are about our commitment to offering a professional approach to all the services we offer.
Payments are as follows.
20% deposit of the total cost secures a place on a Tour.
This is non-refundable should for any reason you were unable to commit to the Tour at the agreed start date. Or monies are not received to the total of the Tour cost in time as listed below.
50% of the remaining balance to be paid eight weeks before the Tour start date.
The final balance remaining to be paid five weeks before the start of the Tour date.
After the final balance is paid should you decide to not join the tour a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the full tour cost.
Should you leave the tour during your time with us, for whatever reason, there is no refund of monies from Overland Morocco.
Overland Morocco reserves to right to change any route due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters or any other type of problem we think warrants a change in the tour plans. Changes to the itinerary requested by customers during the tour will not be accepted.
It is very important to read all communication from Overland Morocco to yourself to ensure that you book the right tour to suit you. Also it is important to read through all the information on the website. Any misunderstanding regarding what any individual tour consists of is down to the person booking the tour. Overland Morocco actively promotes good communication during the booking phase and prior to the tour commencing.
Methods of payment are via our UK Bank Account or Paypal details of with we will pass on at the point of booking.
Overland Morocco are Tour Guides. Any travel or medical insurance you may need are not covered by us. Nor are we responsible for any accident/medical costs you may have due to any type of accident, natural disaster or illness.
